My parents passed away 27 years ago, but they encouraged us to stay with Mr. Block when we became property owners.. That is true for my sister, and both of my adult daughters. He is very responsive to my calls. As I am getting older he makes sure that my car and home are fully protected. He checks in to make sure that all is going well. He will suggest different policy changes or additions to ensure that I am not paying for something that I don't need or covering something that I do need. He is also a really wonderful person. "They have the worst renters insurance ever... Adjuster is very rude, they ask same papers or informations over and over. "Why they can't ask everything together"!!!!!! After sending everything they still need the same papers again... It has been 6-7 months they still didn't pay me for my lost!! So finally cancel the insurance and stop contacting them!!"
